Hi, I’m Kaylee —the mediator, facilitator, and founder of Common Ground Mediation, LLC.

I’ve lived in New Hampshire my whole life and graduated from Keene State College in 2012. This state and its people mean a lot to me. I’ve always been drawn to helping others work through tough conversations and find ways to move forward with less stress and more clarity.

If you’re here, chances are you’re facing some kind of conflict—whether it’s a co-parenting challenge, a separation, a family disagreement, or even just figuring out who keeps the Netflix password (kidding… mostly).

I’m a trained family mediator who offers a calm and supportive setting where people can talk things out, make decisions, and build lasting agreements. Whether you’re navigating divorce, creating a parenting plan, or resolving family issues, I’m here to make the process easier, more productive, and less overwhelming.

Beyond mediation, my favorite moments are spent with loved ones — family, friends, and of course my mischievous little Frenchie, Archie, who keeps life interesting!
